The customer wishing to return a product may please read through this document carefully before placing a return request.

 Return Criteria:

  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The customer must record a clear and continuous unboxing video when opening the package. This video serves as a proof of the condition in which the item was received.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in same condition as it was received, with its original packaging intact and without any signs of tampering.
  • The product(s) must include all original accessories, manuals, and parts. Failure in doing so may result in rejection of the return claim.
  • The responsibility of ensuring the packaging of the product lies with the customer, not the delivery partner.

Return Process:

  1. Log in to www.kitchenarykart.com using login credentials.
  2. Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
  3. Request a return for the relevant order.
  4. Once the request has been initiated, submit the unboxing video and multiple pictures of the product(s)as proof, along with a detailed reason for the return in the comment box.
  5. On receiving the return request, the request will be reviewed by the inspection team, the request will then be approved or rejected accordingly as per the return criteria.
  6. On approval of the return request, customer will receive an email with a PDF containing Return the Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  7. The customer must print a copy of the PDF: paste first page of the PDF on the packaging box and the second page of the PDF inside the box.
  8. Once the pickup of the product(s) is arranged with the delivery partner, the customer must ensure the packaging is secure.
  9. On inspection of the return product(s), the return will either be approved or rejected.
  10. On approval of the return request, payment will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.

For payments made through cards, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. For payments through all other modes (UPI, NEFT, RTGS, etc) the refund will be deposited to the customer’s bank account based on the details provided by the customer. Kindly ensure that the customer’s bank account name matches to the customer’s invoice name.

  • Exchange requests will only be accepted if the company has sent the wrong product(s) (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or variant) or defective product(s).
  • An exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  10. Once the exchange request is approved, the originally ordered product(s)requested by the customer will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Important Note:

If the returned product(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria or are found to be defective, the return request will be rejected. The decision of the Kitchenary Kart inspection team will be final.
