Refund Policy
At Kitchenary Kart, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued, how to request one, and the timelines involved. Please review carefully before placing an order.
- Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be requested if any of the following apply to your order:
- The product is delivered damaged or defective
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
- The product is incomplete (missing accessories or parts described in the listing)
- The order is not delivered within the committed delivery window and you choose to cancel
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified after delivery
- Customized or made-to-order products produced specifically for the customer
- Consumable items once opened or used
- Products returned without prior written approval from our support team
- Damage caused by mishandling, improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repair
- How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request, please:
- Email support@kitchenarykart.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Attach clear photographs showing the issue
- Wait for our team to respond — typically within 2 business days
We will issue return shipping instructions if your request qualifies.
- Inspection and Approval
After we receive the returned product, our team inspects it within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are approved only when the product meets the eligibility conditions above. If the returned item is found to be damaged due to customer use or does not meet our return conditions, the refund will not be processed and the product will be shipped back at the customer's cost.
- Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- We process the refund within 3 business days of approval
- The amount is credited back to the original payment method used at checkout
- Bank or payment gateway processing may take 5 to 10 additional business days to reflect in your account
- Shipping Costs
- For products that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, Kitchenary Kart bears the return shipping cost
- For change-of-mind returns (where eligible), the customer bears the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable
- Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- A returned item is missing original packaging or accessories
- Multiple items were ordered together and only some qualify for refund
- Damage is limited to a specific component of the product
- Order Cancellation Refunds
For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is issued as per the timeline above. Once an order has been dispatched, our Cancellation Policy applies and the refund terms listed there will govern.
