The Kitchenary Kart All Purpose Laser Thermometer Premium (Temp Range: -50°C to +550°C) reads surface heat from a distance: aim, squeeze the trigger and the figure appears on the backlit screen. A laser dot marks the target, so a cook can check a tawa, griddle plate or tandoor wall without touching it.

The label on the unit prints a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio: from 30 cm away it reads a circle about 2.5 cm across, and the circle widens as you step back. A second line on the display holds the MAX value, and three keys handle °C/°F, MODE and the laser. It measures only the outer surface, so use a probe thermometer for the core of meat, rice or gravy.
