The Kitchenary Kart Digital Food Thermometer (TA-288) pairs a 13.5 cm stainless-steel probe with a small white head that turns through about 180°, so the screen can face you whether the spike is in a stockpot, a milk jug or a cake.

The head measures roughly 4.4 × 3.0 cm and 2 cm thick, with just two buttons: ON/OFF and °C/°F. Its short probe and light 135 g build make it handy for spot checks on milk for paneer or curd, melted chocolate and reheated gravies.
