Oven Thermometer

A stainless dial thermometer that sits or hangs inside the oven to show real cavity heat.

The Kitchenary Kart Oven Thermometer is a stainless-steel dial gauge that stays inside the oven while it runs, reading 50°C to 300°C on the inner scale and 100°F to 600°F on the outer. Oven knobs do not always match the heat inside the chamber, and this gauge shows what the cavity is actually reaching.

It stands on its flat foot on a rack or hangs from the top hook, and at about 7 cm tall on a 6.2 cm base it takes little tray space. Blue and red bands on the dial mark the low and high ends of the scale, and it runs without batteries.

Care & Use: Use oven gloves to take it out, since the steel stays hot, and let it cool before washing. Clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap, do not soak the dial, and keep the oven below the 300°C top of the scale.
