The Kitchenary Kart Wooden Handle Kitchen Carving Knife 102 has a short blade that sweeps into a hooked point, fixed to a dark wooden handle with two rivets. It is about 15 cm long and roughly 2 cm wide at the grip.

The hooked shape follows the curve of oranges, sweet lime and apples, so it can cut peel patterns, scoop small hollows and turn vegetables into neat barrel shapes. Garnish chefs use it for citrus baskets and fruit bowls on buffet tables.
