Wooden Handle Kitchen Carving Knife 234

A carving knife with a shaped wooden grip for longer garnish sessions.

The Kitchenary Kart Wooden Handle Kitchen Carving Knife 234 has a straight tapered blade and a contoured light-wood handle held by three rivets. It is roughly 19 cm long and about 2 cm across the grip.

The curved handle sits into the palm, which helps during long runs of detailed cutting, such as flower patterns on orange peel or leaf shapes on watermelon rind. The pointed tip lets you cut shallow, even lines in the skin.
