A straight-handled carving knife that also slices small produce.

The Kitchenary Kart Wooden Handle Kitchen Carving Knife 237 has a straight blade narrowing to a point and a flat, reddish-brown wooden handle with two rivets. It runs to about 19 cm in length and 2 cm in width.

Besides carving work, the blade slices capsicum into thin rings, cuts radish for plating and trims garnish pieces to size. The simple rectangular handle is comfortable in a pinch grip or a full fist.
