A short bird's-beak carving knife for curved cuts and peeling.

The Kitchenary Kart Wooden Handle Kitchen Carving Knife 242 has a short, beak-shaped blade that curves down to its point, fixed to a shaped dark wooden handle with two rivets. It measures about 14 cm long and 2 cm across the grip.

The curved blade wraps around small round produce, so it peels and shapes radish, baby potatoes, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in one smooth turn. Chefs also use it to cut petals into onions and to take the eyes out of pineapple.
