The Kitchenary Kart Rectangle Teflon Coated Straight Bread Mould — 25cm sits between the 20 cm and 30 cm sizes. At this length a home baker gets a regular whole-wheat or white loaf, and a bakery can portion a plum cake into neat slices for the counter.
Folded corners and upright sides bake a boxy loaf that is easy to slice for sandwiches and school tiffin boxes. Grease the pan lightly and the bread turns out with flat sides, ready for the slicer.
