The Kitchenary Kart Round 12 Small Slots Teflon Coated Muffin Mould (Slot Size: 5x1.8cm) carries twelve compact hollows, each 5 cm across and 1.8 cm deep. The tray itself measures about 26 × 20.5 cm.
Shallow portions are handy for tasting boxes, party platters and mini-cupcake orders where customers want several flavours in one box. Mini paper cases can go in first, or each hollow can simply be greased.
