The Kitchenary Kart SS Dumpling Mould Heavy 10cm is a round stainless steel press with a fluted edge and a ring handle on each side. Lay a rolled dough circle over the open mould, spoon in the filling, close the handles and press: the edge seals with a neat crimp.

Sweet shops use it to speed up gujiya and karanji before Holi and Diwali, and cloud kitchens turn out half-moon momos and empanadas with it. The two halves join at a riveted hinge, and the bare steel wipes clean between batches.

Care & Use: Brush flour and dough out of the fluted rim and the joint after use, then wash with warm soapy water. Dry it fully before putting it away.
