The Kitchenary Kart Black Handle Curved Kitchen Scissor is a 24 cm pair of kitchen shears with curved stainless steel blades, one of them edged with fine serrations. The listing photos show it trimming fish fins, cleaning prawns, cutting chicken and portioning raw meat on a board.

One black handle is a straight bar that fills the palm and the other is a wide loop for the fingers, so the scissor stays steady when working through poultry skin or tough fins. A small latch near the pivot holds it shut between jobs, keeping the points safe in a crowded utensil drawer.
