The Kitchenary Kart Dough Kneading / Atta Mixing Bag - Small lets you mix and knead inside a closed silicon pouch, so no flour dust settles on the prep table. Pour in the atta and water, seal the top, and squeeze and fold the bag until you have a smooth ball.

The small size fits short runs: a single order of puris, a few parathas at a café, or a trial batch at a bakery. It rinses quickly and hangs from its corner hole between shifts.
