The space underneath can be filled with crushed ice, as the photos show, to keep cut fruit, garnishes and toppings chilled.

This listing is for the holder alone: the containers and lids seen in the pictures are not part of it, so pair it with the ones your kitchen already uses. The angled front puts each compartment within easy reach from a bar or salad station.
