The Kitchenary Kart Premium Black Handle SS French Fries Shovel is a stainless steel scoop with a flat, wide front edge and raised walls, made to slide under a heap of fries and carry it to the box or plate. The listing photos also show it clearing fried rice, hash browns and sautéed vegetables off a flat-top griddle.

Its black handle sits on a raised steel stem, which keeps the hand above the hot surface while the blade lies flat. A hole at the grip end lets you hang it beside the fryer or griddle station.
