The Kitchenary Kart Wooden Handle Manual Burger/Patty Press is a two-piece hand tool: a round base dish holds the mince and a flat plate on a short handle pushes it into an even disc. Both faces carry raised ridges that mark the patty with grill-style lines.

Every patty comes out the same diameter, and filling the dish to the same level each time keeps thickness even, so cooking times on the griddle stay predictable. It shapes chicken or mutton mince as well as paneer and aloo tikki mixes.

Care & Use: Hand wash both parts with a mild detergent and dry at once. Keep the handle out of soaking water and the dishwasher, and rub it with a little cooking oil now and then so it does not dry out. A square of butter paper above and below the mince helps the patty release.
