The Kitchenary Kart Pastry Modelling Tool 8PP gives you sixteen working tips on eight blue-handled sticks, each roughly 14.3 to 16.5 cm long. The photos show them thinning petal edges, marking leaf veins, cupping flower centres and scoring wood-grain lines into a chocolate-brown panel.

Tip shapes include a ball, bone, shell, comb, cone, arrow, scalloped shovel and fine blades for cutting and veining. Decorators switch tools as a design moves from rough shape to fine detail on fondant tiers, rose-topped cupcakes and character cakes.
