SS Cake Slicing Ring (24 to 30cm)

An adjustable stainless steel ring with guide slots for cutting sponge into even layers.

The Kitchenary Kart SS Cake Slicing Ring (24 to 30cm) opens and closes to fit round sponges between 24 and 30 cm across. It stands about 9 cm tall, and a stack of horizontal slots runs around the wall to guide a long knife through the cake at a set height.

Set the size by sliding the handle, lock it with the clip and place the ring around the sponge. Push a bread knife through the chosen slot, press lightly on the top and turn the cake as you cut, then lift off the top layer and repeat one slot lower.
