The Kitchenary Kart Wooden Handle SS Pizza Docker sets stainless steel pins on a roller inside a steel frame about 13.3 cm (5.25 in) wide. The 13 cm wooden handle brings it to 20.5 cm (8 in) overall.

The spikes pierce right through rolled dough, and the photos show it docking a pizza base and cracker sheets. Bakeries can run the same pass over lavash, crackers and tart bases before baking.
