Chafing Dish Square 6L with Gel Based Heating + Transparent Lid + Hydraulic Soft Close (1 GN Pan of 2/3 65mm) — Silver

Square serving, flame-warmed from below.

Lay out hot starters and mains with the Kitchenary Kart 6L Square Chafing Dish with gel heating, in silver. A GN 2/3 food pan sits in a water pan on a stainless steel stand, and a gel fuel can in the holder underneath heats the water so the food stays warm without drying out.

With a 6 litre GN 2/3 pan, a window lid on a hydraulic soft-close hinge and fuel-can heating, it is a practical addition to catering companies, banquet halls, hotel restaurants and outdoor parties.

Key Features

• Water Bath Heating: The gel flame heats a water pan, which warms the food pan gently and evenly.
• GN 2/3 Food Pan: A 65 mm deep stainless steel pan that lifts out for refills.
• Window Lid: A large clear panel shows the food, and the hinge closes the lid softly.
• Fuel Holder: A can with a snuffer lid sits centrally under the stand.
• Dimensions: About 39 x 36 x 28 cm, weighing 5 kg 200 g.

Suitable for: Paneer tikka, chicken starters, fried rice, Hakka noodles and veg pulao on buffet counters.

Care & Use: Start with hot water in the water pan, light the gel after that, and keep the lid closed between servings. Snuff the flame, let the stand cool fully and wash both pans with a soft sponge.
