Keep the cutting set tight with the Kitchenary Kart Triangle Retaining Ring for the Electric Full SS Meat Mincer No.12. Screwed onto the head, it clamps the plate and blade together so every pass gives an even cut.
Swap it in when the old ring is stripped, cracked or lost.
