With a threaded main shaft, a large and a small gear and the fitting hardware in one kit, it is a practical addition to the spares shelf of bakeries, hotel kitchens and central kitchens running a 30 L planetary mixer.

Key Features

• Main Shaft: A machined metal shaft, threaded at both ends, that carries the drive through the gearbox.
• Gear Pair: One large and one small toothed gear, as shown in the listing photo.
• Discs, Collar and Notched Plate: A keyed flat disc, a flanged disc with a stepped centre, a keyed collar and a notched plate come with the gears.
• Locating Pins: Small pins are included for fixing the parts during assembly.

Suitable for: Planetary mixers with a 30 L bowl.
