This version of the six-tray heavy electric steamer adds a temperature controller and an auto-cut timer, so the cabinet holds a set temperature and switches the heat off when the time runs out. The cabinet is insulated stainless steel with food-grade 304 trays of 59.5 x 39.5 x 5 cm.
