This electric COMBI oven carries two decks of two trays each over a ten-tray proofing cabinet, for bakeries that need two bakes running at different temperatures. It is rated 16.2 kW on a 380V, 50Hz supply and stands 1220 x 820 x 1865 mm.

• Independent control: Top and bottom temperature for every deck, 20°C to 400°C, each with its own timer.

Care & Use: Installation, power connection and earthing by a qualified electrician. Preheat before loading, keep the vents clear and clean the chambers only after switching off and cooling. Lock the castors once the unit is in place.
