Plastic Black Handle Bend Palette Knife — 6

Small offset palette knife for cupcakes, small cakes and neat touch-ups.

The Kitchenary Kart Plastic Black Handle Bend Palette Knife, size 6, pairs a 15 cm flat metal blade with a black plastic grip. The short length gives close control when spreading buttercream on cupcake tops or filling the layers of a small round cake.

Because the blade steps down below the grip, it lies level on the icing while your fingers stay above the surface. Cake shops and home bakers reach for this size when finishing half-kilo and jar cakes or tart fillings.

Key Features

• Size 6: 15 cm blade, roughly 3 cm wide, on a 12 cm handle.
• Offset Bend: The drop near the grip keeps knuckles out of the cream.
• Build: Flat metal blade set into a black plastic handle.
• Short Reach: Handy for ganache in jars, smoothing tart cream and lifting chocolate decorations.

Suitable for: Cupcakes, jar cakes, half-kilo rounds, tart fillings and small decorating jobs at bakeries and home counters.

Care & Use: Wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Do not leave the plastic handle soaking, and store the knife flat in a drawer or tool roll.
