The Kitchenary Kart Silicon Chocolate Mould 15 in 1 — Hashtag shapes each piece as two bars laid across two bars, like a woven # sign. All fifteen cavities fill in one go on a 21.2 × 10.5 cm tray that stands 2 cm high.

The criss-cross pattern shows up well in two tones: brush white chocolate into the grooves, let it firm, then top up with dark. Cafés and home chocolatiers use the pieces for gift hampers, dessert platters and cake décor.
