Key Features

• 1/4 GN Size: Covers a quarter-size pan of chutney, salad or a side dish.
• Recessed Bar Handle: Sits inside a round recess, so lids stack flat.
• Flat Outer Rim: Rests evenly on the pan's flange.
• All-Metal Cover: No plastic knobs or seals; wash it with mild detergent.
• Fridge to Counter: Use it on the buffet between refills and in the refrigerator overnight.

Suitable for: Quarter-size stainless steel GN pans of chutneys, salads and side dishes.

Care & Use: Wash and dry the lid with its pan after every service. Lift a hot lid by its handle using a cloth or glove, as steel carries heat.
