SS GN Pan Lid — 1/6

Small cover for topping rails.

Keep pizza and sandwich toppings covered with the Kitchenary Kart 1/6 Stainless Steel GN Pan Lid. It fits the near-square sixth-size GN pan, whether the rail is closed for the night or the pan goes into the fridge.

With a one-sixth GN size, a near-square shape and a recessed handle, it is a practical addition to pizzerias, sandwich counters, cafés and quick-service kitchens.

Key Features

• 1/6 GN Size: Fits the near-square sixth-size pan used on topping rails.
• Near-Square Shape: Matches the compact footprint of the pan below.
• Recessed Handle: A bar handle set in a round recess keeps the top flat.
• Flat Outer Rim: Rests on the pan's flange all the way round.
• All-Metal Build: No plastic knobs or seals, and it washes clean with mild detergent.

Suitable for: One-sixth stainless steel GN pans of pizza and sandwich toppings on rails and in the fridge.

Care & Use: Wash and dry the lid with its pan after every service. Lift a hot lid by its handle using a cloth or glove, as steel carries heat.
