With 2500 W heating, a slim 28 cm wide body and a water-level window with drain tap, it suits momo stalls, cafés, food courts and small Asian kitchens.

Care & Use: Fill water between the MIN and MAX marks before switching on and top up during long shifts. Switch off and unplug, let the water cool, then drain it through the tap and wipe the tank dry. Air-dry steamer baskets between uses.
