Its 2500 W element, front drain tap and 48 x 55 x 21.5 cm steel body make it a practical addition to dimsum bars, restaurant kitchens, hotel buffets and catering setups.

Care & Use: Check the water sits above the MIN mark before every session. At close, turn the dial down, switch off and unplug, then empty the tank through the front tap once it has cooled. Wipe the steel top and ports with a soft damp cloth.
