Two temperature dials, a 2500 W rating and one shared tank with a level window equip it for busy dimsum restaurants, food courts, banquet halls and hotel buffets.

Care & Use: Keep the water between MIN and MAX and never let the tank boil dry. At the end of the shift, switch off and unplug, allow the water to cool and drain it through the front tap. Wipe the top plate dry and store baskets somewhere airy.
